How to Fix OnePlus Nord Phone Not Charging Issue

Steps to Solve OnePlus Nord 2 Charging Issue

Clean the Charging Port- Sometimes due to dirt or loose port charging issue occurs in OnePlus phone.

  • Turn off the device.
  • Use a torch to check for dirt inside the charging port. Gently clean and remove dirt and debris

Safe Mode-

Restart your phone in Safe mode as it will help you in fixing charging issue of OnePlus phone. Follow the below step for Safe mode.

  • Turn off the device by pressing and holding the power key.
  • Now press and hold the volume down with the power key.
  • When the Android logo appears on the screen, leave the power key alone.
  • Press and hold the Power key again along with the Volume Down key.
  • The phone starts up in recovery mode, then release both keys.
  • You will see an option asking if you want to enable safe mode.
  • Click OK to confirm.
  • Safe Mode will appear at the bottom of the screen.

Factory Reset- This step may erase all your data but will fix all the issue and start the phone as new. It is advised to backup data before processing this step.

  • Don’t forget to back up all data on your phone.
  • Turn off your smartphone and connect it to charging.
  • Press and hold the power and volume down buttons.
  • Release the power button and press it again. Make sure you hold down the volume down button.
  • Press the volume down button a few times to highlight delete all user data and reset all settings.
  • Click Yes to confirm.
  • Press the power button to factory reset.
