Perform a Factory Reset

  • Turn off your Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+
  • Press and hold the power and volume up keys together with the Bixby button at the same time.

  • Then use the power button to select it.

  • Wait for the cache clearing to complete.
  • Then under Options, highlight Reboot System Now.
  • Then press the power button again to confirm.
